Tulsa Union wide receiver CJ Moore, the highest-ranked recruit of OSU’s 2018 signing class, has qualified academically and will arrive on campus ahead of the start of fall camp on Thursday according to GoPokes.com.
Moore (unofficially) indicated as much on Monday, when he took to Twitter to express an abundance of joy IN ALL CAPS.
