Former Oklahoma State tight end Blake Jarwin has been promoted from the Dallas Cowboys practice squad to the active 53-man roster, the team announced on Thursday.
Dallas’ decision to release backup QB Kellen Moore cleared the space for Jarwin on the roster. The Cowboys released Moore, ironically, because of their confidence in 2017 NFL Draft pick Cooper Rush, the gunslinger out of Central Michigan who helped upset OSU a
