The Cowboys climbed three spots in this week’s AP ranking thanks to their comeback win on Saturday.
Oklahoma State is ranked 21st in both the AP ranking and the US LBM Coaches polls after defeating Houston 43-30 on Saturday, up from 24th in last week’s AP poll and 25th in the coaches.
There are three other Big 12 teams in both rankings. Texas remained at No. 7 in both rankings after defeating Iowa State remain atop the league rankings. Oklahoma moved up one spot in the AP thanks to a 31-24 win over BYU. Kansas State climbed two spots to 19 after beating then No. 25 Kansas 31-27. The Jayhawks fell out of both rankings but did receive seven votes in the AP.
