Riley: Oklahoma players can’t flash ‘Horns Down’ in Big 12 championship

When Oklahoma and Texas meet for the Big 12 championship Saturday, thousands of OU fans will flash the “Horns Down” symbol from their hotels, to the AT&T Stadium parking lot to their seats.
