NORMAN — Wearing a dark blue suit and crisp pocket square, inside a cool room not far from the sometimes swampy air of Owen Field, Bob Stoops was a different man Wednesday.
He was newly retired and free to finally reflect.
“It’s only been five minutes,” Stoops joked. “It hasn’t been that long yet.”
