Transfer Tracker: Who is Staying, Going as OSU Basketball Reboots in Offseason

Moussa Cisse became just the latest Cowboy to enter the transfer portal on Sunday, the third starter to do so since the offseason as Mike Boynton and Oklahoma State’s staff reboot the roster entering 2023-24.

So who is staying? Who is going? Who is arriving? Well, good question, good question, good question. We get it. There’s a lot happening. But we’ve done the legwork and have a running tally of the transfer tracker — both for those who are staying and going — in the space below. We’ve also, for the sake of simplicity, included newcomers and their current status as well as TBDs for those who are, well, still TBD.
