STILLWATER — Jacie Hoyt led the Cowgirls to an NCAA Tournament appearance in her first year with the program. She has a new-look roster in Year 2, but early reports suggest an optimistic outlook on the upcoming season. Hoyt met with the media for the first time this school year on Monday.
